Anna Cordova – 2:30-3:15 pm

Anna CordovaAnna Cordova, LPC, RYT-500, completed her first teacher training in 2009 at the Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, CA, and has been teaching ever since. She has continued her studies at Asheville Yoga Center, where she completed her 500-hour Advanced Studies. In her classes, Anna aims to provide a safe place for exploring the connection between our bodies, breath, and spirit, with lots of room for natural, organic, and intuitive movement. Anna found the path of veganism through a yoga teacher, who explained “Yoga is 90% diet.” She explained that compassion is at the very foundation of what it means to explore yoga, on and off the mat. Join her for a 45 minute all levels yoga class, 2:30-3:15 and explore how you can find compassion for yourself on the mat, and extend it to all beings.
